Risk Disclosure
Please read this disclosure carefully before downloading or using Algo Pro.
Last updated: May 18, 2026
1. Trading involves substantial risk
Trading securities, cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and other financial instruments is speculative and involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose part or all of the capital you commit to trading. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of any market, instrument, strategy, indicator, or backtest does not guarantee or imply future results.
2. Algo Pro is software, not advice
Algo Pro is a desktop application that executes trading rules you configure. Algo Pro does not provide investment advice, recommendations, signals, picks, or any opinion on the suitability of any trade, strategy, or asset for your individual circumstances. Algo Pro is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner in any jurisdiction, and nothing on this Website or in the Software is a solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.
3. You are responsible for every trade
You alone choose the strategies, parameters, instruments, position sizes, and risk limits the Software runs. You are responsible for every order placed at any broker as a result of your configuration, whether or not you are actively watching the Software at the time. Always test new strategies in a paper-trading environment, with small position sizes, or both, before committing meaningful capital.
4. Cryptocurrency risk
Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile. Prices can move 10%, 50%, or more within minutes. Many crypto markets operate 24/7, across multiple exchanges, with limited or no regulatory protection. Liquidity can disappear during stressed conditions; orders may fill at materially different prices than expected, or not at all. You may lose your entire crypto position with little warning.
5. Leverage amplifies losses
If you trade on margin or use leveraged products (e.g. futures, perpetual swaps, leveraged tokens, CFDs), losses can exceed the amount of capital you posted as margin. Liquidations can occur automatically and without notice. Use leverage with extreme care and a full understanding of the mechanics, fees, and liquidation rules of each instrument and venue.
6. Software and technical risk
The Software, your operating system, your network connection, broker APIs, and underlying market infrastructure can all fail. Possible failures include, but are not limited to: software bugs, crashes, lost connectivity, missed signals, duplicated orders, stuck or rejected orders, delayed fills, incorrect prices, and exchange outages. Such failures can cause unintended trades, missed exits, and material losses. Algo Pro is not liable for such losses; see the Terms of Service.
7. Backtests are not predictions
Any historical performance, simulation, or backtest produced by the Software is hypothetical. Backtests cannot account for the full realities of live trading, including slippage, latency, partial fills, fee changes, market-impact, regulatory changes, and changes in market regime. A strategy that performs well in a backtest may perform poorly, or catastrophically, in live conditions.
8. No guarantees
Algo Pro makes no guarantee that you will achieve profits or avoid losses by using the Software, regardless of any feature, claim, screenshot, illustration, or example shown on this Website or in the Software. There is no such thing as a guaranteed-profit trading strategy.
9. Consult professionals
Before trading, you should consider whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation, investment objectives, level of experience, and risk tolerance. If you are unsure, seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed financial professional. If you are subject to a fiduciary duty (e.g. you trade on behalf of others), you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with that duty.
10. Regulatory status varies by jurisdiction
The legality and regulatory treatment of automated trading software, of margin and leverage, and of cryptocurrency trading varies by country and state. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to you, including any registration, reporting, or tax obligations.
