This Privacy Policy describes how Algo Pro(“Algo Pro”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://algoup.com(the “Website”) and use the Algo Pro desktop software (the “Software”).

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

When you contact us by email or via the contact form, we receive the information you choose to include: typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and to keep records of support correspondence.

1.2 Information collected automatically when you visit the Website

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server logs, which may include your IP address, user agent, referring URL, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. We do not place advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics that profile individual users.

1.3 Information the desktop Software handles

The Algo Pro desktop Software runs locally on your machine. The Software does not transmit your broker API keys, your strategy configuration, or your trade history to us. Communication with brokers happens directly between your machine and the broker's API endpoints. We may collect anonymous diagnostic data (crash reports, version pings); see Section 4.

The Website and Software are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Website is hosted on infrastructure that may be located in the United States and other countries. By using the Website, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
